Lottery tickets have been reported to be everywhere, it is almost as if people once they buy the ticket they stash it wherever comes handy and then forget about them. It is actually not rare to see that jackpots go unclaimed and even that tickets are stolen. Which once again lottery officials ask all lottery players to sign their tickets on the back so that even if someone picks it up they will not have the chance to cash your money. Mega lottery

This man is quite special. Almost everyone can relate the emotion of winning something, whatever it is as an emotion. And this emotion is usually very proportionate to the prize that you win, but usually some type of happiness and disbelief and some hand shaking is usually reported when people win. Well, not for this winner.
